ParentVUE/StudentVUE Information

ParentVUE is a secure website and mobile app which offers parents, guardians real time access to:
- School Messages
- Calendar
- Attendance
- Grades
- Class Schedule
- Course History
- Grade Book
- School Information
Additionally, parent/guardians can complete their yearly verification of student data through ParentVUE
To sign up for ParentVUE, you'll first need an Activation Letter from your school. If you have not already received a copy of your activation letter or having trouble activating your account, please contact your school.

Each year parents and/or guardians are asked to review and update the information on file for their children (students). This information can be reviewed, edited and submitted online via PPS ParentVUE.

Students are automatically provided access to StudentVUE, using their standard PPS net皇家华人 credentials. If a student has any issues logging into StudentVUE, they should speak with their teacher/office staff.

Hardship Petition
PPS families use the hardship petition process to request a transfer out of a child’s current/assigned school and into a different neighborhood school, or a focus option/alternative school outside of the annual lottery. See the Petition Process Overview page
How to submit a Petition in ParentVUE:

Activate an Account
- In your web browser, go to:
- Click Login to ParentVUE / StudentVUE
- Click More Options, followed by Account Activation
- Read the Privacy Statement and click I Accept
- Enter your unique login information from the ParentVUE Activation Letter
- Create and type your own username, password and email address followed by Complete Account Activation

Password Reset
Parents:
- Go to the
- Select I am a parent
- Select More Options
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter the email address that was used when the account was activated
- Select Send Email
- You will receive an email which contains a one-time use reset link
If you have any trouble with resetting your password, please contact your school.
Students:
- StudentVUE uses your standard PPS username and password. You can reset your password at or by contacting your teacher

Disabled Account
For security reasons, ParentVUE and StudentVUE accounts are disabled if a password is entered incorrectly more than three times. To re-enable your account, please contact your school or teacher.
